Hello everyone I’m Cara

I live in Carmel Valley, California, where my days begin with the rhythm of numbers and end beneath skies scattered with stars. I am a mother to grown children, a twin whose other half now walks in spirit, and a lifelong student of the unseen. My world blends the practical and the mystical, and both are sacred acts of devotion.

I am fascinated by metaphysics, plant medicine, and the energy of money, and by how safety, reciprocity, and abundance flow through us when we return to balance. Ceremony, prayer, and the elements help me listen to what life is asking for. The fire is my teacher, the plants are my companions, and the Earth is my guide.

My first book, Many Gifts, was born from a time of deep loss and unexpected grace. It is a story of how love endures beyond form and how grief, when tended with presence, can open new doors of understanding.

This space is where I continue to write and reflect on the Nawales, the turning of seasons, and the mystery that keeps teaching me how to live, love and trust the timing of it all.
